Responsibilities
• Assist higher level employees in performing NAF human resource functions• Process personnel actions and maintain personnel records• Assist with training, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations• Carry out general support work within established procedures• May be non-competitively promoted after six months of satisfactory performance
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED and current college student• Six months of clerical/administrative experience in HR tasks• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word• Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies• Knowledge of clerical procedures and grammar/spelling• Ability to type• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required
