Assist with separation notices for employees, and conduct exit interviews. Attend career and job fairs as needed. Cooperate with management to facilitate career fairs, develop position descriptions, identify vacancies, review applicants, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks. Any other relevant tasks to the job. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM... Ideally you will have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other closely related field. Must have Human Resources experience. In-depth working knowledge of Employment Laws/Regulations and Human Resources policies and procedures. Considerable skill in problem solving, conflict resolution, and dealing with confidential information and situations. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
