We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at the NoMI Lounge and Garden. As a Server Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by supporting the server team in delivering a seamless dining experience. In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to) ; Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables promptly and efficiently Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked, including flatware, glassware, and condiments Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing dishes and wiping down tables Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow Uphold Park Hyatt's high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8-hour shift.
