The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the deployment of leads and assisting the Sales team with multiple tasks, including blocking space, and maintaining the systems between sourcing websites.
This person is also responsible for maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, managing confidential information, complying with SOX compliance, and supporting the Director of Sales and the Sales team. Highly organized, analytically minded, strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.
