• Supervise front office operations• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and features• Promote departmental and organizational initiatives• Ensure completion of checklist items• Maintain and execute hotel policies• Handle stressful situations calmly• Provide prompt follow-up for guest satisfaction• Ensure sufficient staffing• Maintain confidentiality of guest information• Build positive relationships with team members
Requirements
• Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred• Previous hospitality experience preferred• Experience with Windows, Office, and property management systems desirable• Proficient in basic English language• Effective communication skills• Basic arithmetic ability• Availability for varied shifts and flexible schedules
