• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay• Go beyond the front desk to ensure a 'guest first' mindset• Process operational needs and address guest requests• Complete reports and deliver quality meals• Share highlights of the local area• Ensure a safe work environment and follow company policies• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets• Uphold quality standards• Professional appearance and communication• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects (up to 25 pounds)• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
