Qualifications Qualifications: Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA. Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include:
