Responsibilities
• Serving and setting up food and beverage presentations according to Fairmont Gold standards• Providing service in the Gold Lounge and ensuring menu and food presentation meets standards• Developing and maintaining strong guest relationships for loyalty• Assisting guests with hotel facilities and providing Concierge information• Following department policies, procedures, and safety standards• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• Previous customer-related experience preferred• Previous restaurant experience as a busser or server an asset• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset• Must possess a professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team• Ability to focus on guest needs and remain calm and courteous• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, kneel, push, pull, and climb as required• Dishwashing may be required on certain shifts
