Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our PM Line Cook 2 at the Grand Hyatt Seattle!
This Intermediate Line Cook positionrequires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level.The cook will focus primarily on the In-Room Dining line, and should be self-driven and motivated.
The Cook will be scheduled to work from 2:30p - 11:00p. The hourly rate for this position is $26.75. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $27.29.
