Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our Intermediate Brunch Cook 2 with our Tidal+ restaurant at the Hyatt at Olive 8!
This intermediate line cook position requires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level. Experience in brunch and breakfast service desired! The hourly rate for this position is $26.75 to $27.29. The starting rate is $26.75/hour and this position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $27.29/hour.
