Responsibilities
• Support Banquet Kitchen or Andare Restaurant Line• Perform basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills• Preparation of breakfast items• Work at a high volume level at a fast pace• Flexibility in scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
• Good communication skills• 3 years of previous line experience preferred• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred• Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen• Moderate supervision and training required• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
