Responsibilities
• Provide libations and offer customized recommendations.• Maintain an attractive bar.• Engage in casual conversation and creativity.• Follow state and local serving guidelines.
Requirements
• Refined verbal communication skills.• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs.• 2 years bartending experience required.• Fast paced, fine dining and a passion for craft & mindful mixology preferred.• Proficient with POS touch-system.• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service as well as responsible service of alcohol.• Able to work independently.• Hyatt is an equal opportunity employer.
