Responsibilities
• Assist guests with menu items• Have knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menus• Serve group functions as per client specifications• Provide exceptional F&B service at special functions and events• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous F&B service experience required• Strong knowledge of F&B and passion for service• Experience working in dynamic team environments• Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays• WA Food Handler Card required• WA Liquor control (MAST) card required• Physical requirements: constant standing and walking, frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs, frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, ability to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and occasional squeezing & overhead reaching
