Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing• Establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders• Maintain confidentiality of files and records• Assess client needs and conduct sensitive interviews• Have knowledge of the homeless community and County demographics• Implement regulations in daily duties• Organize, prioritize, and complete work within deadlines• Work with clients experiencing homelessness to help them find immediate shelter• Manage and maintain a caseload• Refer clients to appropriate agencies and develop action plans
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field preferred or equivalent experience• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Email and Data Entry• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Driver's License with good driving record• Ability to travel throughout the County
