• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces• Assist with removal of linens and trash• Deliver supplies to housekeeping• Clean guest rooms and common areas• Handle guest complaints and report damages• Effectively communicate with other departments• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Report suspicious occurrences and maintain work area safety• Attend mandatory meetings• Perform other tasks as directed
Requirements
• High School graduate or equivalent vocational training• Basic English language skills• 1-2 years of cleaning experience desired but not necessary• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques• Ability to lift heavy loads and endure physical movements• Punctuality and courtesy towards guests and co-workers
