Responsibilities
• Inspect Room Attendant's work performance in assigned section• Oversee closing of floors at end of day• Maintain key control• Handle Lost and Found items• Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of carts and closets• Oversee daily assignment of duties• Maintain communication with Front Office and/or Engineering• Report on progress of out-of-order rooms• Initiate work orders for repairs and maintenance• Assist with training of Housekeeping staff• May be required to clean rooms• Ensure completion of cleaning projects• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required• At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred• Ability to stand during entire shift• Effective communication skills
