PTO Job Overview/Summary About the Role: Housekeeping Supervisors will help manage the housekeeping department that would include guest room inspections and ordering supplies. This role is physically demanding through the functions of lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, etc. as you inspect "guest-ready" spaces or you are needed to jump in elsewhere. The Housekeeping department is the beating heart of our hotels. Although you may be outside of the guest's view, the bulk of their experience is in the comfort of the room you carefully inspected or cleaned. Attention to detail while meeting cleaning time standards is a skillful balance that develops with training and practice. Housekeeping Supervisors are a cohesive part of our Maintenance team, actively looking for items to bring to their attention for repair. Housekeeping Supervisors are equally connected to our Front Desk team in ensuring stellar guest service via communicating room statuses and interactions that may involve the need for service recovery, along with remaining flexible with guest requests for late checkouts or extra amenities.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and meet physical requirements of the position. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is helpful however not required.
