Housekeeping Supervisor

If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and take pride in a job well done, then start your application today!Responsibilities:Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfactionKeep a record of areas cleaned by room attendants and make a note of any issues such as room damage or maintenance requestsOversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning suppliesArrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working conditionMonitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas dailyQualifications:At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest servicesOver 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similarStrong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipmentThis position requires a high school diploma or GEDMust possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skillsAbout Company:The Lift Bridge Lodge is an independently owned hotel on the shores of Lake Superior.
