We're looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You'll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and assist with overseeing the housekeeping department budget.Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. Must be able to work weekends.Compensation- $18 - $21 hourly (+$2 differential pay on Saturdays & Sundays)Responsibilities:Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning suppliesHandle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfactionKeep a record of areas cleaned by room attendants and make a note of any issues such as room damage or maintenance requestsManage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areasReport need for cleaning equipment repairs and keep all other equipment in good working conditionQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping departmentMust possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skillsOver 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitalityAbout Company:IGO Legacy Hotel Group is a hospitality company committed to providing a memorable guest experience, personal growth for employees, and enriching the communities we serve.
