Job summary
Housekeeping/Custodial Workers have the integral role and basic function of caring for and cleaning the Jim Taliaferro CMHC.Positions involve routine work, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of trash.Training provided for more advanced tasks, such as disposal of restricted or hazardous materials.

Responsibilities
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and other simple cleaning duties.• Completing more advanced tasks, such as disposal of restricted or hazardous materials.• May have responsibilities involving the disposal of hazardous materials or other restricted items.
Requirements
• No experience or education required.• Strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.• Must believe in the possibility of recovery.• Must meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 40 pounds and pushing/pulling a maximum force of 25 pounds.• Must have a valid driver's license.• Must be willing and able to fulfill job-related travel requirements.
