**Job Title:** Hotel Housekeeper
**Job Summary:**
As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome guests warmly and offer assistance as needed.
- Adhere to hotel key control policies and ensure the safety and privacy of guest rooms.
- Clean and service assigned rooms according to established procedures, including stripping linens, removing trash, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby, restrooms, fitness center, and pool area.
- Address maintenance needs promptly and report any issues to management.
- Assist with additional duties as requested, ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
**Supervision:**
This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper.
**Essential Duties:**
- Greet and assist guests courteously.
- Follow established procedures for room cleaning and servicing.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas.
- Address maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with additional duties as requested.
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with handling chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment preferred.
