Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Housekeeper to contribute to the creating a best-in-class experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Greet all guests and owners with a friendly smile during your shifts and while on property. Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable. Regularly checking and maintaining cleaning equipment. Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms. Notifying superiors of any damage, deficits, or disturbances within rooms. Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism and patience. Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations. Qualifications Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings Driver's License (Preferred) Have stamina to meet physical demands of the job (i.e., push, pull, bend, kneel, walk stairs, lift) Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required.
