This includes supporting students, parents, teachers, and mostly the Options Program Coordinator with specific tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the school. This position under the direction of the Options Program Coordinator, and Principal. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job and represent the type of work performed. They do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only and are subject to flexibility dependent on organizational needs.
Support Lunch systems and structures, including student management, student lunch processes (assist only), eating indoors or outdoors, ensuring safety/order of lunch, helping with indoor recess, helping with other lunch-related tasks. [Daily, 25%} Helping to clean, prepare, or otherwise support facility needs for school lunch, or other school events [Daily, 20%] Support with office-type work of copying, sorting, and clerical tasks [Daily 20%] Support Coordinators, Program Assistants or Teachers on specific tasks or daily projects including curriculum logistics, delivery of orders, processing other tasks. [Daily, 10%] Customer service for student or parent needs through personal contact, phone work, and other duties related to creating a welcoming school environment [10%] Support logistics of student arrival, dismissal, early releases, late arrivals, plus 2 students who have custom days, and other student management tasks. [Daily 10%] Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%] MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The minimum amounts of formal education, professional work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that must be met for a candidate to be considered for a position.
High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma No professional work experience required. Relevant experience includes working with Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire MINIMUM CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES : The minimum certifications and licenses that must be met, valid, and unexpired for a candidate to be considered for a position.
