Hotel Supervisor

Hotel Supervisor Location Laughlin, NV : The Hotel Supervisor reports to the Resort Hotel Manager and is responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel. Job Requirements: · At least 21 years old;
· High school diploma or equivalent;
· 2 years of relative work experience preferred;
· Nice, friendly and willing to work attitude;
· Basic computer skills, organizational, and prioritizing skills;
· Ability to obtain required work cards, as needed;
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
· Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time;
· Ability to bend and lift up to 35lbs;
· Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibilities: · 3rd party - Expedia, Booking, Hotels, etc.;
· Checklists, control logs;
· Chemicals;
· Compliance, inspections, reports;
· Customer service training;
· Email notification;
· Emergency and evacuation procedures;
· Equipment, safety, training;
· Financial procedures, inventory and supplies;
· HR - processes and procedures, confidentiality;
· Information by department, property information;
· Night audit process, shift duties;
· Policies and procedures;
· Special projects;
· Stay subsystem, systems;
· Perform other duties as assigned.
