If this sounds like an opportunity you'll love, please start your application today!Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as requiredProduce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general managerProcess additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as requiredVerify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentagesEnsure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the propertyQualifications:Overnight shift; requires flexible hoursDiploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desiredMust be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonusFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredOutstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are requiredAbout Company:We are a beautiful 76-room hotel located in North Spokane just off of Newport Highway.
