Responsibilities
• Perform general and preventative maintenance in guestrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, and public areas• Minor repairs to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems• Repair guestroom doors, access doors, furniture, windows, and wall fixtures• Maintain exterior building and lot• Repair and maintain equipment such as vacuums, carts, buggies, and laundry equipment• Handle plumbing repairs for sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets• Perform paint maintenance in guest rooms, doors, furniture, atrium, and public areas• Maintain office and storage spaces• Perform preventative HVAC maintenance• Monitor and complete maintenance tasks as requested• Remove and replace furniture and fixtures• Maintain carpet and tile• Communicate with department heads and staff
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year building maintenance or handyman experience• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
