Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Executive Committee• Develop and achieve annual operating budget• Set objectives for department heads and monitor implementation• Review financial statements and control expenses• Build staff morale and develop employees• Conduct performance appraisals and hiring of management staff• Implement cost controls and wage administration• Monitor future business and pricing strategies• Maintain property maintenance and cleanliness• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan
Requirements
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience• Previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a similar hotel• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management• Strong communication and leadership skills
