Hotel Front Desk Clerk 3p-11p Location Chetek, WI : We are a locally family owned and operated Hotel that is looking to add to our team. We are hiring for 2nd Shift working 3pm-11pm. Every shift does include working every other weekend, And holiday 56/hrs. a pay period
Candidates will be responsible to provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Job duties with include taking reservations, answering phones, handling guest requests, light cleaning of the common areas and maintaining the laundry throughout the shift.
Candidates must be able to maintain a professional manner at all times no matter the situation and be able to enforce all company policies. Candidates must be able to handle a fast paced and be able to multi-task

Duties for a Hotel Front Desk team member may include but are not limited to:
Cash Handling Answering phones Taking reservations, via phone or in-person Programming room keys Wake-up calls Assisting guests with Check-in and Check-out procedures Communicating guests needs to other departments Housekeeping Laundry Cleaning lobby and other common areas of the hotel Setting up and stocking breakfast area Snow removal / lawn care Completing any special projects given by the general manager on duty Following the opening and closing lists for each area Cross training in other departments and areas Please apply in person at,
