Responsibilities
• Overseeing the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments• Managing operations, including Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audits• Maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability• Serving as the main contact for guests and other departments• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed• Working with the General Manager to maximize Rooms inventory and use• Ordering and stocking supplies• Maintaining key inventory and controls• Performing scheduled and unscheduled inspections
Requirements
• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Reliability, honesty, teamwork, and cooperation• At least 5 years' experience in a management-level position in hospitality and/or housekeeping• Ability to work with all other departments in a professional and productive manner
