Efficiently handle reservations, accommodate walk-in guests, and maintain an organized seating plan. Seating guests at appropriate tables, considering their preferences and optimizing table availability. Relay important information to servers and management, including special requests, allergies, and VIP guests. Enhance the overall dining experience by maintaining a clean and inviting waiting area and assisting with guest inquiries and requests.
