The team at Kim's has been surprising and delighting guests since opening our doors in November, with a focus on Korean American food inspired by James Beard award-winning Chef Ann Kim's culinary journey.
Kim's is a full-service, in-person restaurant that pushes the edge of what a restaurant experience can be - for our guests and our team. What you'll be doing as a Support Team Member:
Our support team members are trained to fulfill different roles that support the people that make our food and beverages, and provide hospitality to our guests.
Hosting, as well as wait assisting, barbacking, and running food, are all possibilities of roles you'll be scheduled in. You'll work as a team to execute intentional service and create a safe, welcoming environment for all who come in our doors. You'll collaborate with team members to continuously streamline operations and nurture a sense of well-being & growth for yourself and those around you. What you'll need to be successful in this position:

You're naturally curious and open to possibilities You're a top notch explainer and communicator You enjoy change & exploring new opportunities for growth and learning You have the ability to remain organized and productive in a high-volume environment You have 1+ years restaurant or hospitality experience as a host or in a comparable position (preferred, though not necessary) Flexible availability, that includes nights and weekends, Sunday's essential.
