Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to continue to bring world-class healthcare to West-Central Minnesota.


Practice Details:

Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement

7-on/7-off schedule with 8 and/or 12-hour shifts offered

Work just 156 shifts/year or have the ability to pick up additional shifts if interested

Average daily census of around 19 with about 13-16 patients evaluated per shift

No Call or procedures required

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary paid on per shift basis - over $335K for 169 shifts/year

Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
