Job Type: Onsite Required Skills: Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as RN. Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in health care field. BSN or health-related bachelors degree. Nurse Practice Act, JCAHO, Labor Law, all related and affiliate contracts, workmens comp, KSMC policies and procedures, Human Resource Policies and Procedures, OSHA, CMS, Health Department, Employee benefits, National Labor Relations Board, standards of practice of professional organizations. License and certifications: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided). Basic Life Support within 1 months of hire.
