Hospice Liaison

Hospice Liaison Location Hybrid remote in Arvada, CO : Summary: Gracia Hospice is looking for a hospice liaison to help build community relations to increase referral volume and promote new partnerships.
Directs daily marketing operations by providing oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral contracts. Provides effective outreach and education to achieve strategic goals and maximize market potential. Keep detailed records of outreach activities and create a schedule of future actions. Educates medical community on the benefits of hospice, palliative and home health care for patients, family and caregivers Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of healthcare marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. At least one year experience in health care marketing management preferably in hospice care. Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
