Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on personal care to patients including bathing, oral care, hair care, etc.• Administer medications and perform simple nursing or therapy procedures• Assist with ambulation, exercises, and feeding needs• Ensure patient safety and practice infection control• Recognize and report any forms of abuse• Assist with tasks around the office and orientation for new hires
Requirements
• Active HHA and CNA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of Health• Completion of 12 hours company provided in-service training per 12 month period• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Highly organized and attentive to detail• Ability to balance multiple tasks and demonstrate good time management• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Friendly and professional demeanor• Enjoy helping others
