Responsibilities
• Provide personal care which includes bathing and personal hygiene• Assist the patient with ambulation, transfers, and positioning• Assist with feeding• Provide respite for patient's family/caregivers when on-site• Document and report progress of patient's health• Prepare clinical progress notes• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team• Attend patient care conferences
Requirements
• Currently licensed as a CNA in the state of WI• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program• One (1) year CNA experience, preferred• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile• Good working order of the automobile
Key Skills Needed
• CNA license in the state of WI• Ability to read and write• Experience in personal care• Ability to work independently
