You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve Homes' software productsThis position is located in Irvine and offers the following hybrid schedule option:3 days onsite, 2 days remoteResponsibilitiesAct as a player coach with 6+ years of industry experience managing multiple project development teams working on multiple concurrent projectsCoordinate the activities and deliverables across multiple teams while resolving issues and ensuring appropriate prioritiesMentor and manage Technical Managers in the normal execution of their responsibilities.Interact regularly with technology and business executivesTranslate business requirements into technical requirements, develop project plan and work schedules for use by scrum development teamsSuccessfully implement software development projects to specification and within scheduled timelines and budget parameters.
