Responsibilities
• Communicate with discharge planners as an extension of the Sales team• Act as a liaison between Norco Medical and various healthcare agencies• Assist Customer Service Representatives in arranging necessary referrals• Stay informed about reimbursement, services, and paperwork• Demonstrate knowledge of products, placement, availability, and use• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• One year home care experience preferred• Sales and marketing experience preferred• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally• Basic mathematics calculations• Manual dexterity required
