Acts Home Services (private-duty agency) is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Home Services Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the resident care operations of our private duty home services. Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for delivering care that is safe, therapeutically effective, and complies with all regulations.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of one year nursing supervisory or management experience Minimum of two years' recent home health experience (preferred) Current or eligible for certification in CPR Knowledge of regulations related to the delivery of home health care services Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
