Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients using the most current technology and practices Develop initial plan of care based on communication with the physician and patient assessment Participate in clinical outcomes monitoring, follow up, and agency performance improvement initiatives Manage and educate Home Health Aides and LPNs performance in implementing nursing services Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide highest level of care Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Mexico Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver's license with no DUI's, revocations, or suspensions in the last 5 years Exceptional customer care Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits Benefits & Allowances: Positive, supportive work environment Direct patient care without time restrictions to build patient relationships Excellent health benefits Continuing Education opportunities Flexible work schedule Employee Assistance Funding 401(k)
