Your expertise in high-level synthesis (HLS) and SystemC will contribute to the design and optimization of digital circuits.Responsibilities:High-Level Synthesis (HLS):Collaborate with theCatapult HLS platform, which translates ANSI C/C++ and SystemC inputs intoregister transfer level (RTL) codespecifically tailored forFPGAs and ASICs.LeverageLLMs (generative AI)to create HLS-ready models customized for specific architectures.Explore innovative approaches to enhance existing high-level synthesis techniques usingLLM and AI/ML.Algorithmic Blocks:Focus on algorithmic blocks such asvideo decoders,wireless compression schemes, andencryption/decryption applications.Optimize loops, memory accesses, and pipelining within these algorithms.Hardware-Accelerated Solutions:Design and implementhardware-accelerated solutionsforFPGA,ASIC, andSoCplatforms.Develop efficient design algorithms usingC/C++/SystemC.Interface Design:Define interfaces for seamless connectivity within the overall design.Consider communication protocols that impact the synthesis process.Collaboration:Work collaboratively as part of aglobally distributed team.Communicate effectively inEnglish, both orally and in writing.Qualifications:PhD or Post-DocinCSorECEwith research focus onEDA, preferably inHLSorsynthesis, andLLMs/AI/ML. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
