Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction. Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth. Conduct academic advising to help students set and achieve their educational goals. Engage students in hands-on learning experiences, including research laboratory projects. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in education administration tasks such as grading assignments and maintaining student records. Requirements Bachelor's degree w/collegiate Biology; Master's degree preferred. Teaching certification or license preferred, or willingness to get. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with academic advising and mentoring students.
