Responsibilities
• Conduct physical examinations and analyze medical history• Study lab tests, CAT scans, and MRIs for accurate diagnosis• Analyze blood samples and identify abnormalities• Treat diseases and disorders related to blood• Prescribe medications or dietary advice• Maintain detailed records of patients' health• Consult with other medical professionals• Evening and weekend calls on a rotation basis
Requirements
• Medical degree• Completion of an internal medicine residency• Completion of a two-year hematology fellowship• Board certified in hematology• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability• Diligence and attention to detail• Good organizational skills
