FT/PT Status: Full-Time Employment
Location: Hybrid – Monday /Wednesday/Friday at our office in Fairfax, VA & Tuesday/Thursday are remote.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.

Kreative Technologies is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our team!
Overview Provide Help Desk support via e-mails, telephone, and walk-ins as defined by the organization. Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including laptops, desktops, printers and video teleconferencing software. Provide support in areas of email, LAN/WAN, PC's, applications, COTS and GOTS applications used by the organization. Establish and Document helpdesk procedures for installation, training, and support. Log and track all support cases via the company defined ticket tracking system. Occasionally meet with users to explain and demonstrate use of newly and or existing hardware and applications. Track and maintain all IT hardware inventory and software licenses in the company asset register. Willing to assist with Internal IT Datacenter setups, configuration and troubleshooting. Support computer and peripheral moves for employees moving offices or cubicles to new location Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Reliable transportation to support shipping electronic assets in a timely manner Occasional after hours and weekend support will be needed as required by the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline. Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields is highly desired Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Able to work independently and within in a team. CompTIA Security+ highly desired.
