Responsibilities
• Assist sales reps with rental unit availability and pricing• Arrange and complete shipping documents for delivery of Heavy Rental units• Manage Heavy Rental-to-Rent status for returned rentals• Process Heavy Rental Department freight invoicing• Supply rental information required by Accounting Department• Point of Contact for locating and processing RE-Rent machines• Generate Heavy Rent Fleet orders and performance reports• Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and rental customers• Update and maintain used equipment listing and pricing• Ensure safety compliance and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred• Three or more years of relevant experience desired• Knowledge and experience with Thompson DBS Inventory system• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications and web-browsers• Effective communication and customer service skills• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
