ABOUT THE POSITION Heavy Equipment Mechanics / Heavy Field Service Techs function as part of the Service Team and is responsible for the care of various types of customer and company-owned heavy-classed equipment.
In this role you will:
Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards. Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates. Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT rated company vehicles.
