GPAC, a 30 years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Retail Heavy Equipment industry. This company is in Wisconsin and is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the field, as previous experience in field service is a plus. If you are mechanically inclined and familiar with Bobcat and Avant equipment, that is a bonus, but not required. You must also own your own tools to be considered for this position.
Position Responsibilities: - Conducting routine maintenance on Bobcat and Avant equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in the field
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Position Essential Job Functions: - Traveling to customer sites to service equipment
- Keeping accurate records of work performed
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members
Position Skills: - Proficiency in equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
