Details of the offer

Seeking an Civil Estimator responsible for earthwork construction material quantity take-offs utilizing AGTEK software. Work with estimating staff in bid process. Complete other estimating department work as needed. If you have the required experience and are interested in this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in Heavy Civil construction.
In-depth understanding of heavy civil construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software, including :
* HCSS HeavyBid
* HCSS HeavyJob
* BidNet Estimator
* Viewpoint Estimating
* Primavera
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
You may stand out even more with :
* Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
* Certification from professional organizations like the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International.
* Experience in a specific type of heavy civil project, such as roads, mining, bridges, or water and wastewater systems.
Knowledge and Skills :
* As a Heavy Civil Estimator, you should have a strong grasp of the following:
* Cost engineering principles.
* Risk management.
* Scheduling.
* Procurement.
