Responsibilities
• Assemble products based on standard work and engineering documents• Document assembly processes for consistency and repeatability• Participate in problem-solving processes and prevent problems• Implement visual controls for training and reducing cycle time• Track progress on Business Awareness Matrix• Pull parts for assembly based on Bill of Material• Read and interpret blueprints• Utilize measurement tools and interpret readings• Cross-train in other areas• Identify problems and develop solutions
Requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints• Ability to read and interpret Bill of Materials and engineering documents• Ability to identify and solve problems• Ability to pass certification for Powered Industrial Vehicle license• Ability to accurately read and interpret precision measurement tools• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred• 1-2 years' assembly experience preferred• CNC machining experience a plus• High School Diploma
