GENERAL MANAGER HVAC/PLUMBING COMPANY
As the General Manager, you'll be instrumental in our operations, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and operational excellence in a dynamic company.

Ensure successful execution of HVAC and plumbing services, meeting customer expectations
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring development opportunities
Manage financial performance to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategies
Represent the company at industry events
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry
Strong understanding of financial reports and operational efficiency
Proficiency in driving team performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Service Titan experience a plus
Strategic thinker with conflict resolution skills
